Lecturer in HR management

About

I am currently Lecturer in HR management at UClan University, Business School. I am also completing my PhD at the Institute for Social and Economic Research (University of Essex).
My broad research interests are: managerial and professional career development, employment relations, organizational behavior, conflict management, social networks dynamics, trust and trustworthiness in professions, quantitative methods.
I mostly work on longitudinal data, data that allow analyzing dynamic links between individuals’ life events, employment conditions, behavior and values, tracking changes in the lives of the same individuals over time, and through successive generations.
